Here we manufacture flooring from hardwoods such as Kempas,
Merbau, Oak, Brazilian Cherry, Ipe, Teak, Bamboo and other
exotic woods.
Material Selection
We choose only the finest Oaks and Exotics in order to
produce a high quality product.
Bamboo
forests quickly renew and are managed to ensure
future supply of material. Bamboo selected for flooring
is harvested at 5-6 years of age.

Lumber Preparation
The raw
materials are stacked into similar
size piles, then sent to the factory for cutting.
Cutting
/ Milling
The wood goes through several
sawing machines, then each piece is trimmed until the correct thickness is achieved and cut to a precise
size.
Drying
The boards are then kiln dried.
Computers are used to control the kiln's temperature.
The product is racked
and stacked for two weeks for balance.
Quality Inspection
The boards are then inspected.
Tongue
and Groove
The planks are then run through a tongue
and groove machine.
Sanding
Planks are sanded multiple times to ensure a smooth surface
before coating. Further inspection takes place at this
step including thickness measurement.
Applying Finish / Wearlayer
They are then sent through a coating line.
Packaging and Shipping
The final product is then boxed
and warehoused
until ready to ship.
The containers are loaded, locked and trucked to the shipping
yard.
The containers are then shipped to the US
and other destinations.
The final product is then trucked
to the customer, where it can be installed, resulting
in a beautiful floor that you will cherish for years to
come.
